Download Policy

After purchasing a digital product, a separate email will be sent almost instantaneously after purchase to download your purchased files. However, please allow up to 24 hours if you do not receive the email right away. Download links are only valid for 30 days so be sure to save the files to your device for later referencing.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the products and services offered, there are no refunds on any product or service. If a physical product appears to be broken or defaulted at the time of its arrival, please email hello@claudiamassey.com to submit an exchange request no later than two (2) days after the product's arrival. Exchange products will be shipped out within 3-4 days of receiving the defaulted product.
